Sure! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item has been shipped already, you will have to ship the item back to us as soon as it arrives. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for a refund within 7 days of you receiving the item. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. You must ship it back at your own expense. Most refunds will require the product to be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped, but if it is not possible to ship the item back to our facility you might be eligible for a 50% refund.

If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at returns@theglampets.com including a photo of the damaged /defective item and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply notify our sales representatives via email at sales@theglampets.com. Provide your Order number and new address information. we can only update to the correct address within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
Unfortunately we do not offer sales over the phone. Deliveries take on average 8-18 business days in some rare occasions 25+ business days. Once you receive your tracking number you can track it here . We are terribly sorry to hear this. We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item.
Our shipping cost does not include import or customs taxes. This is a common occurrence for international orders and unfortunately, we have no control over them. Please read more on this in our Refunds and Cancellation section.

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). For non-USA based transactions, your bank will charge you in your local currency according to their exchange rate on the day. Some banks may also charge a small transaction fee due to a different currency.
